The children in Costa Rica recieve our children's stuffies

I had the opportunity to go Costa Rica for 16 days with 18 like-minded individuals. Together we were able to help a community in need and build a sustainable education project. This community waited 11 years for these classrooms that we had the privilege of providing. After 16 days we were able to complete one classroom from the ground up, put walls on an existing classroom, and paint a mural.  At the end of our trip, during the closing ceremony we were able to give each child in kindergarten and grade one a stuffie that was made by the Kindergarten children of Suzuki School. Thank you to all the kindergarten students who worked so hard on the beautiful stuffies. The children absolutely loved them!! What a wonderful experience with not only an amazing group of individuals from the University, but an amazing and welcoming community.
