The planting project
One of the many wonderful things that we have here at Suzuki is our upstairs garden. For the last few weeks the children have been working on cleaning the gardens and growing vegetable seeds in our classroom. Last week we used the pumpkin from the Fall that has decomposed in our soil along with the worm compost. Our vegetable plants are stunning and we will be planting them upstairs next week.
The children were counting all the potato bugs that were living in the pumpkin and decided they needed to build a habitat for them before we put them back in our gardens.
