Final Touches

Our team of engineers are going over the plane to ensure that there are no problems with the plane.
Safety is top priority. We need to make sure our plane will be safe to fly in!

The grade 5 class was curious about our creation. They were asked to predict and determine the total number of cubes in our plane. The students made some good predictions. They then determined the amount of cubes by multiplying the bottom of each section to the top. The students added each section of the plane to determine there were 104 cubes.

Some of the grade five students decided the tail needed to be redesigned for safety.
We can't wait for take off!

The Plane

The students decided it was such a rainy miserable day that they would build a plane.
The plan is to fly to Disney and have fun!
We all board in 10 minutes.
