Jackson Pollock Painting

Carson and Evan were painting a picture in the art centre yesterday. "We are painting a Jackson Pilot picture, he flings his paintbrush to create his art work." So of course the focus in the art centre the next day had to be related to Jackson Pollock. We played different variations of music and the children moved their paint brushes interpretively.

Experiencing the opportunity to be in tune with their bodies, thoughts and calmness was a welcome activity for the children. Mrs. Johnstone, Megan's mom, once again shared her YOGA talent with the kindergarten friends.
Thank you!
