Inspiring Plasticine Sculpting

Perhaps this is how the author Barbara Reid started.
Or the artist, film maker Nick Park.
Maybe this was how James May began to consider his plasticine garden.

Tiny characters being designed to tell familiar stories and rhymes.
Or becoming characters in new stories to be shared with friends.

Recreating a scene from a cherished book.

Telling stories while creating stories.
The learning of friendship.

Connecting to their world.
Connecting to each other.

The language of sculpting.
The language of learning.

Arctic worlds emerge.

And transform into Santa's workshop.

Today's creators, story tellers, sculptors, artists...

Tomorrows award winning authors, film makers, artists, sculptors, inventors, builders...

Mighty

Making a difference is not about the size of the act, but the heart that goes into it.

Where's Greg?

Waldo could be anywhere, but what we are wondering is...
Where is Greg?
Greg was not driving his bus!
Greg was not helping at lunch!
Maybe Greg is with Mary at a resort hotel.
Where is Greg?
Is he playing hockey with the Red Wings and helping them win?

Is Greg with Mary at Disney?
And just when you least expect it...
There is Greg!!!
The children shared their 'Where Is Greg?' book with their favourite
bus driver extraordinaire.
The Mickey Mouse picture gave the best clue.
Not only was Greg with Mary at Disney...
...and not only did he love hearing all about the children's 'wonderings'
about himself and Mary...
...Greg brought back presents!
Welcome back Greg!
You were missed by everyone.

Creative Designs In Nature

Creativity, art and design are not just for the indoors!
Bringing the natural materials table outside and adding a reflective panel sparked a renewed creative feeling in the children. Moving familiar materials to a new space brings new meaning and vision to them.
