Making Purses

Having tried their hand at sewing this year, the children are gaining confidence in making some remarkable sewing projects!  Willow inspired the needle and thread to emerge once again when she shared a purse she had made at home.  Purses and wallets were the order of the day, and the next day, and the next...

Sew much learning!
Sew much fun!
Sew incredible!

Let Music Be A Part Of Your World

~I would teach children music, physics, and philosophy; but most importantly music, for the patterns in music and all the arts are the keys to learning.~

Plato

Music motivates us.

Music is easy to share.

Music helps us count.
Music makes us remember.

Music gets us moving.
Music brings language.

Music invigorates us.
Music gives meaning to our learning.

Music shared is a world opened to those who hear it.
Thinkers, movers, talkers, builders, listeners, counters, players...
music is for learners.
