A day at Fighting Island

"The boat ride was the best part because it took us to Fighting Island."

"We went on a big giant thing that took us across the water."

"We went looking for animal tracks and found deer's and coyote prints."

"We got to mix this while stuff called cement and put them in our deer prints."

"We went fishing for bugs in the water and that was lots of fun."

Our mom's held on to our life jacket so we wouldn't fall in."

"We collected the bugs so we could look really close at them."

"It was really cool when we found a snake".

"We went looking for bugs with our big glasses"

"We found lots of different bugs in the water."

We loved our day on the island. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles that helped to make our day on the island such a wonderful experience for the children. And a big thank you to our bus driver Greg for helping to capture all those amazing moments. The photographs are priceless!
