Beginning April 22, we will
once again be seeking donations for our annual used book sale.
We are
collecting adult novels, junior novels, picture books, and (baby) board
books. Any and all donations would be greatly
appreciated! For every book donated, students will receive a ticket to
be entered into a draw to win a gift certificate from Chapters.
Books will be available for
purchase the week of May 5th, during school hours.
Soft cover books sell
for 25 cents, and hard cover sell for 50 cents.
Thanks to the generous
donations from Suzuki families, last year we raised enough money to host
the author of the popular "And Then It Happened" series, Mike Wade. Mr.
Wade's presentation was engaging, humorous, and
inspiring for students in grades three to six.
This year, all proceeds
will go to enhancing Literacy endeavors within our school.
