Baking apple raisin bread
Mrs. Benson's recipe was a big hit with the friends, they had so much friend breaking up the raisin bread, cracking the eggs, adding milk and eating it after lunch.
Investigating the worm compost
We have a worm compost in our classroom that the children investigated during lunch hour. The children gave the worms apple peels and egg shells from our baking activity today. We use the worm juice to water our plants and the dirt to fertilize the roots.
