Making Hats For New Born Babies

The children have been busy using the knitting rings to make hats for newborns. A hook is used to carry a bottom loop of yarn over a top loop of yarn. It takes plenty of patience and co-ordination!

Two yarns are combined to give a different look.

Through perseverance and team work, many hats are making their way to babies. The children feel that they have done something very good for the babies that will wear these hats!
