An Open Art Studio

It's easy to see what the children love about having an open art studio. Let us tell you a little about what we love about an open art studio.
The children know they can come and use all the materials in the art studio as creatively and as often as they choose.

They explore, discover and form ideas. The process of being creative is the best part!

It's not about talent, or skill, doing something better than another or even the product they make. Being able to freely create is all about the thinking, exploring, discovering and imagining.

We look at the marvelous creations... but we marvel at the creating of them!

We watch as the children learn math skills and begin to think like scientists.

We listen as the children develop their vocabulary and learn how to explain, discuss and tell a story in sequence.

The open art studio... a wonderful space where the children show us so many skills that tell us how ready they are for the coming year.
