Sensory With Pasta

Miss Wilkins, our student educator, brought in a fun activity.
She has noticed how much the children have exploring their senses.
What better way to alert the sense of touch and sight than with brightly coloured noodles to sink their fingers into!

Who could resist this kind of colourful invitation?!
The children strung penne on spaghetti.
The children mixed and mingled.
The children decided that the noodles needed to be sorted back in order.

But not before hands were buried in the bin.
Cool, slippery, bright delight for the senses!
